COPE SEPB Region 3 — Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba

Region 3 services members in Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Nunavut and the Northwest Territories. Each Local is autonomous.

COPE Local 397 is a progressive and professional Union with Members who work at Saskatchewan Government Insurance (SGI), Saskatchewan NDP Provincial and Caucus Offices, Saskatchewan NDP Constituency Assistants, the RM of Alexander, the U of R Faculty Association, and our Calgary Unit. We have over 1,700 members in Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Alberta.

With over 400 members across Manitoba and Saskatchewan, COPE 342 specializes in representing non-profit workplaces, employees in small to medium organizations and businesses, and administrative staff of infrastructure projects. Members work as administrative, accounting, research and communications staff for various labour unions, councils, associations and non-profits. They also work as administrative, communications and outreach staff for the Manitoba NDP and MLAs.
